Finish: All-Natural Food Safe Oil
• Do wash your wood boards by hand.
• Do use liquid dish soap to wash your wood boards.
• Do wipe your clean wood board dry, and let it finish by air-drying on its side.
• Don’t soak it. Soaking can cause it to warp.
• Don’t put wooden items in the dishwasher. The excessive heat and harsh chemicals of the dish detergent will cause the wood to dry out, warp, and/or crack.
• Don’t use harsh, concentrated cleaners on your wood board.

Right now, I'm changing out my kitchen utensils to all Olive Wood and this piece is a great addition! I absolutely love the grain and the natural look (blemishes and all)! It takes up less room on my stove top, then my old ceramic one and looks a lot nicer! Gonna check his shop to see what else I can find!
